Description

The Server is responsible for providing guests with a positive dining experience by offering friendly service and assisting with food and beverage selections. They present ordered choices promptly, maintain a pleasant dining ambiance, and adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies. The Server helps guests make selections by suggesting courses, explaining chef's specialties, and identifying appropriate beverage pairings. They transmit orders to the kitchen and bar, coordinate meal progression timing, and serve orders efficiently. Additionally, the Server attends to guests' needs, maintains table settings, and concludes the dining experience by acknowledging the choice of restaurant and inviting guests to return. The role also involves handling payments, issuing bills, and ensuring accurate transaction processes.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication, hospitality, interpersonal and math skills.
  • Skilled at reading the table and can anticipate your guests’ needs.
  • Team player: you’re always willing to give and ask for help.
  • Able to lift up to 35 lbs., and continuously bend, reach and twist; you’re constantly on the move!
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • TABC Certification.
  • Food Handlers Certification. 
Salary Range
$10.00 - $25.00 per hour
