Description

As an Expo/Runner, the primary responsibilities include delivering food orders promptly from the kitchen to the appropriate tables, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of orders, and collaborating with the kitchen staff for efficient food delivery. The role involves performing expo set-up, running side work, and completing closing duties, as well as assisting with bussing and resetting tables. The Expo/Runner is responsible for reporting any food quality or presentation issues to the Chef and/or Leadership, maintaining awareness of ticket times, and ensuring service line safety and sanitation. Timely food delivery, teamwork, and reporting any concerns to the Leadership Team are key aspects of the role, along with performing any other related duties assigned by the Leadership Team.

Requirements
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Ability to perform all job functions while wearing the specified uniform, including proper footwear.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices.
  • Basic understanding of culinary terms and food service procedures.
  • Food Handlers Certification. 
Salary Range
$12.00 - $14.00 per hour Expected Hours: 30-40 hours.
