Shift Leader information

Description

As a Shift Leader, your primary responsibilities encompass managing service and operational shifts in the store. This involves overseeing the receipt of products from both the plant and suppliers, and conducting daily food safety assessments. Additionally, you'll perform daily assessments of the store's facilities, furniture, and equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Achieving service excellence is key, achieved through regular customer visits. Coordinating store operational staff according to their roles and functions ensures smooth operations. Verifying product counts, maintaining accurate inventory entries, and ensuring product availability and quality are essential tasks. Confirming staff adherence to established procedures is crucial for maintaining standards. Establishing a structure of trainers within the production plant facilitates effective training of new hires.

Requirements
  • 2+ Years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex & fast paced restaurant
  • Food Handler Certification
  • Bilingual (English)(Spanish)
  • Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule.
  • Proficient in technology systems, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Group management.
  • Food Handler Certification. 
  • TABC Certification. 
Salary Range
$16.00 - $21 per hour. Expected Hours: 30 – 40 hours
